What the drafting tool does
The current version creates reply drafts with code running in your browser. It does not submit the business name, review text, context, or generated reply to a Stacking4Storms server. The tool does not require an account.
What you should not enter
Do not enter customer names, order numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, payment information, health information, account credentials, or other sensitive or identifying details. Use the minimum factual context needed to draft a reply.
Links and contact
If you follow an external link, that destination has its own privacy practices. If you email social@stacking4storms.ca, the information you choose to send is handled as email and is not part of the local drafting tool.
Technical records
A hosting provider may create ordinary technical access logs needed to serve and protect the website, such as a timestamp, requested page, approximate network information, browser type, and error records. Those logs are separate from the text typed into the drafting fields.
Changes
If the tool later adds accounts, server-side drafting, analytics, saved drafts, or a submission form, this notice must be updated before those features are enabled.
