TOKEN FORGER EARLY ACCESS LICENSE TERMS Version 1.0.0 — August 25, 2026 These terms are between the purchaser ("you") and Stacking4Storms ("we" or "us") for Token Forger Early Access (the "Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you accept these terms. 1. License grant We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the Software on the Windows computer identified by the issued device code and use it for one verified token deployment. The license is not a subscription and does not include a second deployment, another computer, resale of the Software, sublicensing, or access to source code. The issued key will not activate on another computer. If the licensed computer is replaced before the deployment is used, you must contact support with the purchase receipt and new device code for verification and a replacement-key decision. Replacing a computer does not reset or add to a consumed one-deployment entitlement. 2. One-deployment entitlement The entitlement is consumed only after the Software verifies a successful contract-creation transaction on the selected supported blockchain and records the receipt locally. A successful testnet deployment counts. Cancelling or rejecting a MetaMask request does not consume the entitlement. Network transactions may be irreversible once approved and confirmed. 3. Wallet custody and security MetaMask retains custody of your wallet. The Software must never be given your wallet password, recovery phrase, or private key. You are responsible for verifying the wallet address, network, token details, transaction, and final gas fee before approving in MetaMask. We will never ask you to send a recovery phrase or private key for activation or support. 4. Technical requirements and third-party services The Software requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, Internet access, a supported browser, MetaMask access, and enough native network currency for gas. MetaMask, blockchain networks, public RPC endpoints, block explorers, and exchanges are independent third-party services with their own availability and terms. We do not control them. 5. What the Software does not provide The Software does not provide investment, securities, tax, accounting, or legal advice. It does not promise or create token value, liquidity, a market, an exchange listing, profit, adoption, regulatory approval, or compatibility with every third-party service. The Early Access release deploys the included fixed-supply token template; it is not a custom smart-contract development or audit service. 6. Your responsibilities You are responsible for the token name, symbol, supply, network, wallet, intended use, disclosures, taxes, and compliance with laws and third-party rules that apply to you. You may not use the Software for deception, impersonation, theft, malware, evasion, market manipulation, unlawful fundraising, or any other illegal activity. 7. Price, gas, and delivery The product price and currency must be disclosed before purchase. Blockchain gas is a separate variable charge paid from your wallet to the selected network, not to Stacking4Storms. Delivery consists of the installer and a valid license key issued for the device code supplied with the matching purchase receipt. 8. Support, defects, and refunds Contact social@stacking4storms.ca if the installer or valid license key does not function as described. Once a deployment is verified, the one-use entitlement is considered delivered and consumed. Nothing in these terms excludes, limits, or waives any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund and cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the purchase disclosure. 9. Updates and changes Early Access software may receive fixes and improvements. An update will not silently deploy a token or approve a wallet transaction. MetaMask approval remains required for blockchain deployment. Future subscriptions, memberships, or multi-deployment plans are separate products unless expressly included in writing. 10. Limitation To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet or network, user-approved transaction, exposed wallet secret, third-party outage, changing network fee, blockchain reorganization, exchange decision, token market activity, or unlawful use.
